  While having a warranty replacement hot water tank installed, I suppose it is routine to check the power output from the breaker box to the tank. However, that step has seemingly left me short a power outlet in my living room that works and no power to my washing machine. Upon calling to inform the company of my current state and concern, I was met only with a lack of accountability, dumbfoundment, and further urging to contact an electrician.
